I have done as per your direction in regard to the Balance reduction problem ,but no success ,Tata,airtel,aircell are reducing o duration call Rs;5/-day, please use Bsnl it won't debit balance ,thank you ,if any alternative please inform me thanks once again

I live in Jamaica,my dell areo phone when I put digiselsim sim in it.it says no sim.however when i use a different company. that sim work perfect.

&reset and press first tab then enter the password 1234 and click ok
after restart goto settings again then master reset&clear and press the second tab, enter password 1234 and click ok
after restart there will be a message-[][][][][][]
[][][][][][]
[][][][][][]
[][][][][][]
after this switch off the directly...you are done

The phone wont update to google play store like most androids are on therefore I dont get all the new apps. I hate it.

i love this phone sleek design and for the fact that it is an android phone .can be compared to most blackberry products in terms of battery life .
