I have been using this device for abt 4 months. I have never experienced any fault except from yesterday the called voice cannot be heard. I can hear on speaker phone but thats it. Any suggestions?

For skype videocall sir/mam only the back camera is working, but u can see the person inthe other line...., no video call using ur reg lod, still i like it so much..., really love it....

I love my unlocked streak 5. No issues with it since the day I bought it, that was 10 months ago.

how do you use video call on this phone? is it enough the phone is 3G? how about skype?

Anonymous, 25 Sep 2011Does it support SkyPe video callYes...it does...but u need to side load the app as it was tweaked a bit to make it work....let me know if u need the app. i can send u the link for download. cheers

I owned this phone for a while now, I always experienced problems with it, since day 1. Screen stays black while talking on the phone and can't stop the call. Battery does not last at all and you're forced to stay by the power all the time. And the biggest down side is too fragile that you have to treat it like an egg which I did all the time until the screen broke from the inside when it was in my jeans pocket and I sat in a tight bus seat in the Airport. Can't zoom the camera while shooting video... I love the size but I will choose a different tough phone.

dont buy this....a very simple advice..if u want to waste ur money than this can be the right choice!!!..bought it in the month of may.2011....since than facing continuous problem...unable to use it properly even for 20 days..one after other facing problem..lately i tried to update my software..as directed by the dell site....my phone restarted and dell symbol screen is appearing..it got hanged..so i decide to take it to the service centre....came to know their for the first time that ur warranty is void as u have tried to update the software urself...after much dispute they updated the software and still facing the same problem..phone startup is failing...the engineers are also not experienced!!so atlast will comclude dont go for the device..everything thats shine is not gold ...do think abt this
