Your un-aware of the fact that post N... moreJust for your kind information , being a Tech Expert I cannot suggest you grey market pcs, hence if you do wish to buy one your free to do so, and one more thing forger about its launching in UK Dubai & HK... i can also tell you where you can find those phones in India specially in Bombay, but i can't as its against my profession.
Any ways its just like selling a pirated CD of an unreleased movie.

Your un-aware of the fact that post Nov8th this phone will be sold in Hong Kong, UK and Dubai SIM-FREE, hence the availability of this phone in the grey market in India will be abundant (once again subject to its demand and popularity, since HTC is more of a well known brand here).
So the long wait is not needed, besides for anyone interested in nabbing this phone can freely order it of clove or expansys, which turns out to be much cheaper than the expected price in India.

Its a very well thought design and we all know Dell's build quality compared to HTC, LG and Samsung.

It's been shown in numerous videos and other authentic sites that the phone DOES have a LED Flash. Why has GSMArena.com and Microsoft.com have failed to mentioned that into their specs.

Supports MicroSD cards up to 32GB.
I wanted to buy Omnia 7 but this phone seems far better, and cheaper also...

Am waiting for this phone to come to the UK. I know it's appeared on online stores like Expansis and Clove for pre-order, but does anyone know whether it will be sold in stores? Also, does anyone know how much it might be available for? I hope it's not as much as £499 as some are stating.

nope, i think the specs is true, microsoft already remake the specs of the phone on their site and dell venue pro camera is still 5 MP.

they sell it unlocked, arrived on 8th november

Sorry to say but this Dell Venue Pro is going to be limited in USA only with T-mobile. As per my review in past months, Reliance India is trying to get Dell Venue Pro under their banner, but thats going to be possible only in late June Or July 2011. Till then wait and watch over for its review in the international market. Besides Dell is also planing to have more advanced feature in their upcoming phone device which is expected to launch world wide by the end of 2011. The phone planed by them is also going to compite with the high end models of NOKIa E90 etc.
So .... have a blissful winter & wait for the next winter as its going to be raining mobiles.

i think its gona be over all an average phone, would have been better if they would have had designed it like communicator rather then having its keyboard under the slider.

For anyone who think that portrait slider are plain stupid design, at least it's not that stupid for WP7.

But it does include a new mobile version of Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
