Just reset your phone or check your router for any mac filtering then try commecting to your wifi. :)

My Dell Venue Pro can’t sign in to my Wi-Fi network. It nicely auto detects my network and shows high signal strength. After giving passkey it tries to connect then shows message “Connection Unsuccessful. Your phone couldn’t reach the Wi-Fi network” My other devices working fine with my network. Please help me.

l do dell venue pro but it got freeze and l removed l sd card from it afterward l powered on the phone. the phone is not working again without the memory card. l want know if the is anyway it can be solved.

I had purchased this phone from newegg.com and the first one I received headphone jack was messed but everything else was fine. With the second one I have it started shutting off everytime I open and close it. I wiped everything off and now it's working better I also had problems with the volume going in and out but I just wish Dell cared more about its products instead of making them and then just forgetting about them because this phone would topple(still can) a lot of these smartphones out here.

crashed at least 5 times a day from day one, then rejected built in memory card, and will only accept new one set up by Dell themselves, i was asked to ship it back to china for repair, needless to say it now lives at bottom of a drawer. had it worked it would have been a fantastic phone.

Nephilim, 15 Aug 2012I have this phone 2 weeks... And IT'S BRILANT!. The physical keyboard - allows to write incred... moretrue, the phone is a shining star and moreover, you don't need a quad-core-CPU-stuffed-phone to have a truly fast phone :) that's the beauty of Windows Phone OS.
