Apple iOS Gaming

Even though Epic Games won a decisive court battle with Apple earlier this month, allowing Fortnite to be accessible through Apple's official App Store, the game still hasn't made a comeback for iOS. According to Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney, there's no reason for Apple to delay the review process either.

Fortnite is still not available for iOS users for no apparent reason

Each app undergoes an extensive review before being published on the App Store, and it looks like Apple's review team is purposely holding off on Fortnite despite the court's decision to allow Epic Games to offer an external payment system that doesn't go through Apple.

The dispute began in 2020 when Epic Games submitted a version of the app that included an external payment system, violating Apple's rules, which prohibit payment methods that bypass Apple's payment system.

The court has since ruled in Epic Games' favor. Of course, Apple appealed the most recent ruling and is asking the court to pause any App Store changes until the court makes its final decision.

Then Apple should allow third party app stores like it had to do in EU. Pressure is on apple because: 1. There is no way to access any app that is not on app store, except in EU and that also has to go through apple's BS. 2. This is regardin...
