Galaxy Note20 and Galaxy Fold2 will use the S865 chipset, info found in kernel source code

Samsung Android Rumors

Samsung published the kernel code for the Exynos-powered Galaxy S20 phones which allowed the team at XDA-Developers to snoop around. They found clues about the Galaxy Note20, Galaxy Fold 2 and a phone related to the Z Flip.

The Galaxy Note20 reportedly goes under the code name "Canvas", which means that the C2 is a Note model. Will there be C0 and C1? Not clear yet. But notice the reference to Kona.

That's the name for the Snapdragon 865 chipset that constantly pops up in benchmarks. If there's going to be an 865+ chip from Qualcomm later this year, Samsung is not going to use it (it didn't use the 855+ on the Note10 series either).

However, this particular version is slated for the US, so it's early to tell what chipset will be used on the European models.

Then there's WIN2, aka Winner 2, the successor to the the Galaxy Fold. This one will come with the Snapdragon 865, including in Europe (again, same as last year).

Finally, the Zodiac Project seems to be related to the Galaxy Z Flip. Since it uses the same Snapdragon 855 chip as the original, this is likely just a version for Chinese carriers.

Ofcourse its not acceptable, idk why u are laughing at his comment. The performance between the 2 chipsets are on 2 different levels with the exynos being the inferior one. No rational person would like to pay the same price for a piece of good that ...

Overall its not acceptable performance for a flagship especially when they are charging so much. Do you have the phone personally? Coz I am not buying Exynos variant of ultra after this. Waiting for the Find X2 pro which will be 400 dollars cheaper i...
