Late last year, the renowned tipster Evan Blass revealed the potential Galaxy S26 Unpacked event date - February 25, 2026, which at the time seemed far-fetched given that the last two Galaxy S Unpacked events were in late January. Now, we have the market release date as well.
One thing is for sure, though: this year's Unpacked event for the Galaxy S series will be significantly delayed, and a source from France claims that the series will go on sale on March 11.
Of course, pre-orders will kick off earlier than March 11, but shipments will likely commence on that date.
And as usual, we expect to see the Galaxy S26, S26 Plus and the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Rumors so far suggest that the company is ending the short existence of the Edge series and will continue producing the Plus model instead.
Ok, only not really sure I'm complaining here. More like just pointing stuff out in accordance with my own understanding.
