A worst phone of Rs19500. Nobody will buy it. I bought it just 4 months back. Now having network problem. Only one sim is working. Not only this it will heat too much So don't waste your money A company of foolish engineers. Unfortunately I trapped.

one of the bad phone . not able to give more than bad as at least the battery seems to be ok. don't expect a great feature from this , you can pay less and get a good phone MI or Samsung. Customer service is another hell & they behave arrogantly.
Better go for some other brand!
bought a gionee a1 phone worth rs 20k, 3 months ago. it has conked off while charging- screen turned black & phone stopped working altogether. contacted customer care- who gave me service center number- these guys never picked up my call- sanjiv sharma new delhi
one of the worst company (gionee) they are also not able to give service and once we go for service they treat us like they have owe us mobile and we are using...
First try to give good service and at every service point teach them how to treat customer.
first of all we are facing issue and over there at service center they also not willing to help.
i suggest that gionee company should stop.
