I bought in Jan 2014. Within 10 months, it was hanging. During hanging even incoming call will not come, one can not switch off the cell. I gave for servicing, after servicing it was returned to me after 21 days, no standby cell was supplied. Now a days, atomatically getting switched off. I am neither happy with the cell nor the Servicing.

Since last 14 months I am using this phone and was performing well. but10 days back its touch screen stopped working and it become completely blank. I don't know why this has happened, as there is no any phisical dammage , wettness or fall down. Can any body help me in this matter.

After using of 10 month i have to say it is a very good device in all fetures. Screen, camera, playing game, music everything is not gud but best. But It Very disappointing there is no updates available. Even in now days 6k mobile has kit kat os. We have paid 14k. Gionee should think about sell after service. I will Never buy gionee mobile

this is my first phone i have ever used for more than 1 year...now i have ported Sony Xperia Z1 rom to this handset & believe me its like i am using xperia Z1
