overall good but battery backup is very very poor.

I brought Gionee elife e3 on 12-07-2013.Up to now working well.Recently i observed a small lighting spot just below to centre of the screen. We can see clearly only when screen is white.How it came i doesn't understand.I felt very sorry!.It doesn't ever dropped down from my hands.So it may be manufacturing defect.Please help me to rectify this problem.
