Last 3 month I am using this mobile my son is lot of game myself using internet and i don't have Amy problem as of now really it is good . also camera good video quality good. It is on your how u r using.

Third class components. .. the charging usb socket could not even be intact for a month its cheap components and no service back up never ever buy this products of gionee ...

Worst service ever ..
someone said very correctly,enjoy the product as long as its working once its require service better dump it in dust bean or use as paper weight rather than going to a so called authorized service station ..

Guys, please this is a humble request , if u are thinking of buying this mobile please drop your idea now . I bought this mobile in early january 2014, for 1 month it worked really well then suddenly its jack stopped working. I went to service center which was just a mere shop and they told me the problem is in motherboard , it has to be replaced which will cost Rs 5000. Then after 2-3 weeks again using it , i dropped my phone and its screen broke and touch was not working either , now they are saying that again there is problem in motherboard.
These peope are liars and the company sucks too and dont forget its a chinese company .I wasted my 15k bucks and please dont waste your money on any handset of gionee .

This phone is good as long as its working.when problem arises ,service sucks. service centre not managed by company but outsourced to people who are authorised for 15 other brands and are working from a single room .Their contact nos. are either switched off or they do not answer .Its more than 10 days and no idea when i will get my set back.If this is the case in Delhi,god only save people who are from small cities.

I have been using the phone since December 2013. I bet, its one of the best phones I have used. I have a MotoG as well. however i find this to be more user friendly, what with lovely pics and videos that this camera captures.

Please Don't buy this phone.(Any phone from Gionee). They are selling their products attractively. But when we are going for service they charge exorbitantly. For instance they are charging Rs.7500/- for the Touch Glass + LCD DISPLAY.
Suppose if you drop your phone once. Gone!! You have to pay them half of the phonele again to them. The phone parts are not available in market.
Service is Very poor. They are having small shops as their service stations. So don't buy Gionee products. Better buy Samsung products. Samsung parts are available at reasonable prices.

Listen guys,
It is nice phone.all thing is very good. Just camera quality is not so nice as samsung mobiles. But in all other thing is better than samsung mobiles.
Xolo n this brand's mobiels are same.
So my opinion is u should buy this phone. Very smooth.
N very fast.
