Very nice phone, using since december 2013. No trouble at all. Cant shift to new phone bcuz its handy and excellent display and DTS sound quality

After using this phone for one week, usb port started to joke then after few days, the port became too loose to function, then after few weeks, boom. You cannot use the port for life. Another thing was, the battery. The battery drains 25-15% real quick. It also acquire heating issues. The launcher is too lag. Plus the general music player. It doesnt automatically syncs. You have to scan it. If you have about 300 songs, it takes roughly less than 15 minutes. Trust me, we bought two of these things. Same phone, same problems.

I have gionee elife e3. there is gps problem from starting. Now after one year it is facing motherboard problem.

i have problem in gionee E3. wi fi is not working, camera is not working, when i restart my phone battery reduce to 45-50 % .
i also update my version kit kat from your service center. so please help me what to do with this problem?

After a year of purchase in philippines, my phone survives on very tough test. I was working on ship at persian gulf, for how many it was accidentally falls to ship steel floor causing minimal bumps, accidental kick while running on deck, sprayed by sea water during rough sea while working on deck and my phone still working. The E3 glass is very durable and scratch resistant, internet through wifi can last up to 6 hours, heavy games a bit lagging but over all a good quality mobile and can be used as a flashlight during night time.

please change the call answer taking option, jellybean call answering option is good. return the dts sound effect on next update

Gionee elife e3's kitkat update may cause the dts sound, the bass tone changed and it should makes irritation to hear music in headphones. please you should make solution for this problem at the next update
