The call also a... moreI think there is serious mistake in the technology used to develop this phone . The company issued me a complete new phone when i went to the service center to submit all the accessories , as i was about to go to consumer forum after that .The company issued me new box on 20th october 14 , but when i went to the shopkeeper he took the replacement receipt and informed that this phone is out of stock now . Now today (28th october 14) i have got the new handset and again i noticed the auto start of whether app , now am gonna take action for refund if it again caused any such mistake . Also i asked the company to give me a complete new 1 year warranty but the shopkeeper refused to provide me a new receipt . Tomorrow am gonna get either the new receipt or will resubmit the phone to them . they said bring the old bill and we will place the new iemi no but that will not ensure the complete one year new warranty , since the phone is new so its my right to get complete one year new warranty , also am gonna ask them to put a stamp on the warranty card .

The call also a... moreyes this is a bullshit phone and company also ..on 20th october when i went finally to the service center to submit the rest of the accessories(because just after that i was to go to consumer forum) they informed me that the company has issued a complete new box for me ..they give me a replacement order and when i gave it to shopkeeper he informed that elife e7 is out of stock ..now today (28th october) at around 2:30 pm i have got the new box and i gain noticed the whether app was started automatically ..and there is very rare chance that it was tapped accidently . .also while using it now am noticing that the battery is draining very fast ..tomorrow am going to service center to upgrade it and even after it if it caused the same problem ill take the action for money refund as i doubt that there is a serious lack in manufacturing of this phone

Factory reset has not helped at all. Frustrated at having bought this one.
This E7 32 gb is awesome....but the draw back is there is no kitkat update and no video calling facility
It's an awesome phone with superb display and jaw dropping cameras. 3gb RAM drives it seamlessly. The only problem is it's launcher which spoils its look.
i just want to say about gionee is....the worst mobiles and service too...never never go for this company mobiles they are just making their customers fool....
don't go for any smartphones which don't give good service centres after all it is a china company
Don't buy this mobile. A waste of your hard earned money. It claims of many features. Most of the features don't work. A very bad E7. I am going to use the hand set I was using for the past 2 years

I read someone's comment here that the service center executives of gionee does not know anything and are not well educated and that is quite true , THEY ARE DOUBLE ZERO !!!

i would like to tell everyone that do not make a mistake to buy this set at all !!! If you are lucky enough then may be the handset you will receive be a non-defective piece but if you got a defective piece or it caused any defects after it then you will ONLY HAVE ONE OPTION TO RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM , YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER FORUM , accept this if you try anything you will only loose your mind . Its my own personal experience , i bought this handset on 18 august 2014 and from the second day on wards i noticed the problem of auto start of apps which i tried to resolve by hard reset and upgrading too but all useless , since one month my handset has been with the service center and they even are not capable to identify the cause of the problem ..i have several times requested them to replace my handset but they only have one policy ..fool the customer ..not only the product is inferior but the service also ..further i would like to add that other superior brands if charges higher amounts for providing equivalent facilities as this set has then it is because they use superior technology , material and excellent service unlike gionee which just bullshit in both ..mehnga roe ek bar sasta roe bar bar , this saying i have experienced perfectly true for my this case .
