Hi,is Gionee E7 recognised in google play when you login to play store from a computer with ur email id.Can u download the apps from Google Play?a review video in youtube by mobiscrub says its not strongly tied into Google services and that you have to do setup with google manually, like the calender, gmail, and other stuff like google +, hangouts.

can any one tell me that e7 have smart features or not like samsung provides. air gesture and smart scroll ,pause etc. in gionee e6 i saw this features but i m not sure that it will come in e7. so those who are using this e7 plzz tell me about this.........
if this features are not in this mobile can we download it or not??????

That's the problem with these unknown Chinese brands(unlike chinese reputed brands). They are not tested properly and launch phones to experiment in developing countries since the developed countries will sue the company if such problems occur.Save your money and invest in reputed brands since they will launch their phones after rigorous testing.

Hello fellow E7 users, pls i am in a serious need. iwill be grateful if anyone can help me with the Gionee Elife E7 16gb Indian stock firmware. i will deeply appreciate it as this is the only option for me to breathe life back into my E7, there seems to be none available after spending hours online searching. pls help me else my E7 is dead for life!!! pleasssse.

I could switch off my buttons light with this app.

other option is root ur mobile and add line to system to get navigation bar on screen like in Sony mobiles.But this will void ur warranty.
If ur mobile is in warranty just get it done from there.

sridhar, 04 Jun 2014guys this phone is awesome. songs are really good. people who listen music. download high qual... moreBro what are u talkin abt.......apps will solve some issues and not all.u can install equaliser app for better sound effect but will it compensate for DTS effect?Find me an app for shooting slow motion videos of 720P at a smooth 60 fps.Nexus 5 is priced at the same range and that has HDR speed of one shot per two seconds.HDR pic processing is done behind the scenes while u can still take another pic.It has a zero shutter lag meaning there is no need to wait while taking pictures.The Nexus 5 uses a longer 1/6 second exposure and a curiously exact ISO 1624 - lower sensitivity thereby lengthening the exposure (and therefore reduce ISO) because of optical image stabilisation.Gionee's professional mode doesn't have that. Try to search for an app for time lapse video recording.People don't blindly go by just one person's feedback,they research the web and will find out whats right and whats not.

This E7 ... moreNo option of 3G calling.Use other apps from google play....or skype. I am using this phone for last 2 months,its really great.ultimate display, great speed but battery is average and works for 16 hrs on avg use, and 3 hr on movie playback.Shud provide >3500 mAh. Phone gets heated very soon and starts restarting. Gionee remove amigo and give routine unmodified jellybean and provide update of kit kat at earliest.

DTS is not working for videos or s... moreguys this phone is awesome. songs are really good. people who listen music. download high quality sound songs. ex a song can be 2mb,5mb,10mb. download 10mb songs then see the difference. everything there is app which can solve your needs. dont give wrong feedbacks. i am doing study on al mobile this is on of the best in 30K.

Just having good hardware wont do,the software should be able to utilize the hardware properly else no use........better go for reputed brands who have service centers all over and fixes your problem if any or provide spares.
