Hai,
I am from Kerala, India. I have a plan to buy one 16GB Gionee E7 but I want to clear the following doubts before buying the same.
1)whether Gionee-E7 is equipped for 'default number dialing' using contact list? Let me explain, if my phone book contains more than one contact number for a particular person,is it possible to put one of his/her contact number as 'default' and while we making calls using the contact list, the call automatically goes to that already assigned default contact number only.(many of my contact list members are having more than two contact numbers).I have seen this facility mainly in Samsung and LG mobiles and this is very very useful for contacting those people, who are having more than one contact number.
2)normally we keep our mobile in our purse/hand bag. so we need a mobile with high ring volume like LG Optimus G. so what about the ring volume of E7?
3)my daily calls will be atleast one hour and my GPRS connection will be always ON. so I require a good battery phone. how is the battery back up of this model?
4)what about the display sharpness and sun light visibility?
5)any auto call recording facility?

Hai,
I am from Kerala, India. I have used Gionee E-3 for a very short period of 4 days because I given it to my brother. It was a superb phone. Now I am using Xperia-Z but I am not satisfied with it's bad battery performance . It also have some other drawbacks such as there is no default number automatic dialing like Samsung and LG mobiles (this is a function if one person in the contact list is having suppose 6 contact numbers, we can put one of his/her number as default and while making calls, the call automatically goes to the preset default number only)
I have a plan to purchase the 16GB version of E-7. So somebody who is using the same please help me by clarifying the following doubts.
1. display brightness, sun light visibility, sharpness
2. the main thing "BATTERY" ( I am a self employed women and I am making atleast 1 hour calling daily and my GPRS is ON for 24hrs)
3. "default number dialing" as explained above
4. call recording facility

This is one of most amazing phone i ever got..i was user of Sony then turned to Galaxy S4 and finally Gionee (32GB model) in India...I am very happy with its snappy performance (specially camera and screen graphics). Battery backup is also awesome. I will share the detailed review in day or two. Cheers. Guys please check the online prices are shooting up by rs 400-600...

I prollie would have gone vibe z my self, but it wasn't out when I got my e7 and i didn't have spare change to spend on it either. I like the e7, its the plastic sparkly finish that I don't like. But they gave me a case which makes it look a tad bit better. Do let us know wat phone you opted for. :-)
