In my gionee elife e7 one speaker is not working out of two.....is it may hardware problem or software? I have jellybean i havent still updated to kitkat....any solution?

I wanted to update but when ever I click system update it says system is stopped and can't access system update. Can any one suggest please what to do

... moreThanks a lot dude. It worked for me. I too was having loud earphone problem after kitkat update. But now its solved.
For those who want to buy this phone my opinion is this is the best phone in its price range giving ultimate specs and quality.
This is my first chinese brand phone before that i was a brand maniac. But gionee changed my view towards chinese manufacturers.
This phone gives 3gb ram and 32 gb rom with a powerful processor which is now available in latest models of samsung and htc. Too late as compared to gionee.
Screen brightness and sharpness is awesome. Touch is fluid and i dropped this phone number of times without any damage to screen or any internal parts. This shows strong built of phone. Camera is unbelievable good not like other chinese manufacturers who give 2 mp lens interpolated to 13 and claim it to be 13 mp camera.
I changed my phone every year but this time even after holding this phone for a year it is not worth changing as still it has the highest specs and a beast in pefformance.
Trust me just buy it. In reading reviews always keep in mind you will always find negative reviews because those who are not happy go online for solution and put their reviews here and there. Users with good experience generally dont think of putting a review as they dont visit websites for solutions or alternatives.

I cannot pull down my upper notification bar.sometimes it works. I used factory reset several times but no difference.

Every time I try to insert my sim pin the phone says unfortunately process.com.android.phone has stopped how do I fix this as I can't use the phone and messaging functions on the phone because of this

Am facing a lot of issues after updating to KitKat version. The volume of the phone is too high even at the minimum level when head phones are used.The camera is clicking pictures after the flash fades out. Please help me fix these issues
