Using s5.5 but there is bending problem unfortunately it is bent I don't know the reason how.. .
When I go to the service Centre to solving the problem they did not take any type of responsibility my cel is under guarantee .....but neither service Centre nor gionee customer care take any responsibility to solving problems due to it reselling value of cel is nil....phone was good but the services is very very bad gioneen I am very hurted because I can make trust on gionee not it broke me

My s5.5 is 6 month old.. Unfortunately my cel was bent I don't know how....but when I go to the service centre, employees of Centre do not take any type of responsibility...I also called in the gionee customer care but they also said same... This is the reason which I can not resell my cel caz of bent my cel price is nil.. ..
Company do not take any responsibility so plzzzz Do not but gionee cel....phone was good but in service sooooo sooooo bad
