I too have the" cannot connect to camera" issue... updated to kitkat but not solved...called the customer care toll free..someone from gionne cc gave me a call back after half an hour and enquired abt the prob...and advised me to take it to nearest service center..hope it resolved ASAP
I'd recommend this phone only to :
>buyers who either recently lost their beloved samsung AMOLED flasgships and r on a bdget for the next purchase but still want FHD amoled display( like myself who lost note 3)
>On a budget and love FHD amoled display
>who r ok with a ton on bloatware installed
>who r ok with 16gb internal memory with around 9 gb usable memory.
>Who r ok with with no xda support i.e no custom roms/no rooting woes.
What i love on this babe
>Gorgeous SuperAmoled FullHd screen with 441ppi which is a feast to watch
>its form factor...its a head turner...but it feels fragile
>GPS is fine despite of NO GLONASS getting lock under 30 sec
> Has off screen gestures like ...DOUBLE TAP ON SCREEN TO WAKE UP THE FONE..
What i hate abt this phone
>Phone gets Damn HOT while on a call ...(u'll burn ur ear if ur a sweet talker..)
>heating issues seems to have minimized (not solved) with the kitkat...
> amigo Ui and ton of bloatware
>no micro sd slot (however otg is supported...betcha u'll soon ruin micro usb port)
> Average audio quality inspite of DTS enhancement..
>no nfc ( alas! Cant use my nfc devices with it)
>no wireless charging support ( however u can import a universal wireless charging micro usb reciever from china aliexpress website..to use with ur existing charging pad)
>The flip cover shipped along with it...damn it looks like a lady's purse (yuck yuck).... chicks might like it thought..hopefully i'll give this fone to my sister shortly

i bought this phone from India but not satisfied with it at all i don't recommend it for any one , amigo UI sucks and the phone lags all the time
i tried to root it with no success

Guys, new update for resolution of the messaging and phone app bug is now available OTA. Check and install. I hope this time there will b no issues in this release..

It's a very nice phone...good performance....and a good looking...heating problem and battery back up issues are there...but its ignorable....
