Pls help. I have gionee elife s5.5. It has 16gb storage but internally divided into 6gb for system and 10 gb for phone. I dont know how to shift files form system storage to phone. System storage is full and I cant download apps from google play. I cannot even update them. NO external SD card slot. please help. How to tranfer files from system memory to phone memory( both are internal) no sd card!

I cannot see my call logs and my inbox us empty even if there r 20 unread notification messages. I dont think viewing calllogs and msg could be this much difficult. Please answer asap

deep, 30 Mar 2016I am also facing same problem , playstore not updating any app or not download.Uninstall the app. Then get the app from someone using share it and then install it.

sam, 24 Mar 2016I am getting problem in playstores Apps are not updating it getting paused in notification barClear playstore cache and data and google play service. Then turn off your phone. Let it for half hour and it will download itself.

D ba3 is horribl, it brings an annoyin pop up of me pressin up n off button evrytim i turn on, of which i press bt it dsnt go unles i close it n swipe it off
