This phone is good all of specifications is absolute.my question is why is this model expanded memory up to 32 gb or expandable memory functionality is not given that. please answered this question this is a very important to customer.

I'm fully satisfied all over its performance
Like camera(is too good)
Battery back(satisfactory)
Design (lovely)
Light weight
Touch very smooth
And finally every says your fone is superb

I am using this phone since one month and not satisfied with 3 things
Battery backup
Heating problem
Sound quality is very very poor
I want to sale out my phone due to these three problems. Now thinking to buy Oppo Find 7.

Got this device 2 days ago in. Nigeria
Build: amazing,
Accessories: usb otg is very valuable. I do not like the 2-pin wall plug so I still use my 3-pin blackberry charger. Leather flip Case is good
Battery: As far as I'm concerned, this is the only niggle. It could have been better
Performance : no lag. I did find Amigo launcher to require some getting used to. Changed to Go Ex
Conclusion: great value for money. Very beautiful and attention grabbing. I wish it had a bigger Batt, Led notification light and 32gb memory. Advance if memory card slot wasnt a deal breaker

ARUN, 18 Jun 2014the GIONEE s5.5 is made of mediatech chipset in this its denoted as cortexit a based on cortex a7 but nanufactured by mediatek a7 cortex technology arm provides designs and architecture so no t every company follow the whole design and architecture thats why they lack behind. if you are looking for best processor phones you should go for either qualcomm 800 or 801 or exynos processor which are generally run on new technology and with samsung latest phones with latest technology

ashishhtc, 17 Jun 2014what's is expected date for kit kat update?Official date for kitkat release was 12th of this month but there was a 15 days grace period mentioned as well and the customer care people r also saying tht it will be available by the end of this month.....so i guess we wl hv to wait tl the end of ths month.

I personally like Imak case for this as i hv white n gold n imak case are ultraclear so they preserve the orignal looks of the phn....but it is available on aliexpress n wl tke not less than 20 days to get delivered:

I dropped phone at less than 2 feet height! & glass is broken. Gionee jokers do not accept that there is a design fault in this phone. I guess this problem is due to bad design & bigger problem is a metal frame. Glass is not given proper cushioning withing metal frame to absorb impacts.
