Probably the worst phone by gionee.No battery backups.This phone is not for you if you are a heavy gamer or a regular user.I charge it 3 to 4 times a day and still i hv to chrg it at night.And its glass is so weak.They boast about putting 2.5mm Gorilla glass or something i guess but thats bullshit.It broke tge first

I have a great problem with charging, It charged very quickly about 10 minutes and goes down very quickly, I tried many solution but not successful, so sad, I have paid more than 12,000 but I think I was cheated. I have stopped about one dozen my relatives to buy this one. Can anyone tell me any solution, I have tried all mentioned solutions on the website 😢😢😢

M hvng so many problems with this phone.... But recent problem is. . Can't access my fb... I even can't login in my phone. Every time it's showing there s not internet connection ..... So i hv to use my fb in google. N gionee care centre they evn nt helping me in this ..... Pissed with phone n bad experience with gionee care .....

I downloaded videos from vidmate and from there itself I deleted some videos , now problem is that those videos are shown in gallery and not deleting I attempted delete option but failed plz help

Google play store did not come with the phone and cannot be installed.
There is no overview menu option on the phone.

For charging issue ,, you can buy some turbocharger which is available in market now days ,, i am using 2.5A charger which takes 3hr charging time instead of normal charger which takes ~10hr approx.

i agree that gionee f103 have problem with charging, and its battery draining very quickly ,,but ones you update to marshmallow you will see some changes like battery back up and all ,, i tried it so as i am using my phone i get 10hr battery back up by watching YouTube 4hr , Listening music 3hr and web surfing 3hr ,, thats it
