My Phone which is Gionee M2 is not working properly. It shows to insert sim card even I have inserted the same in the phone after inserting the sim card phone is not able to dial and at present there is no out coming and incoming on the phone have been received.
My phone shows switched off. Why is this problem occurring plz suggest as soon as possible

Its usually caused by virus which can be infect the phone through installing apps for unsigned developers

Also if you are looking for good battery backup, I suggest you to go in for Lenovo vibe p1. Now that Lenovo has taken over Motorola you will get early android updates to next versions of android unlike gionee

But in my phone play store not working and also
Whats app installed but ask timezone so please say what I do for that prob?

Do you know that gionee M2 is not supported to otg.
