this phone is awesome. using this phone since 10 months ....battery is awesome !!
only -ve point is Heavy and 5.0 screen which is not handy.

11months over wid Gionee m2 and very much satisfied ..... Awsm battery life ..good speed.. Average camera..and less PPI.. Over all a good phone in 10k.. 4-5 times fell from hand but nothing happen... So it can handle rough use.. An plz don't ever go for upgradtn ... Enjoy it as it has.......

I have been using this phone from past few months. Although i have faced no problems with this phone i think there are better options available. I bought this phone only for the battery backup. Compared to the beat phones available in this range this phone lacks screen clearity mainly because of low ppi and also the touch quality... Otherwise one cant expect more by shelling 10k

But as you say bullshit,i understand you must be from earth planet .LOL :)
Frankly Anamika,you got a similar product but not original gionee.Believe me i am not a gionee consultant/owner.I am simply a gionee customer.I am frankly a lot satisfied with this product.

i am useing gionee m2 phone last 3 months.in two days ago, i upgrad kiket versin. My phone is swich off and than phone is not operat. Someone this problem ?

the m2 having dual sim but if i'm on call with sim 1 & someone trying on my sim 2 it is going unreachable ???
after knowing that i have not found any divert function on the device

Gionee M2 is a must and only buy phone with respect to budget and all parameters.Agreed display is not HD but TFT.But how can one ignore that if display was HD then battery backup would not be 3 days after heavy usage but only 1.5 days.Moreover why one would look for HD display only, after all you are not buying a mobile phone to find a mole in a mountain.
Further friends Gionee M2 is now available with 8GB.What more one could expect in this budget??.
I feel very very unfortunate that i was given 4GB internal storage by gionee outlet,may be at that time 8GB had not emerged.I contacted gionee but they said now its not possible and i cant sue from them too :(.
I request if any gionee official comes through my post can help me to change to 8GB.Actually i have two mobile i got one for myself and another for my wife.
Both are 4GB.

Never go for Gionee, very bad services ,Also the phone is not performing as promised by the company, I have a Gionee M2. In three months l got some screen issues and now my Back button on the phone is not working as needed.
