i have took gionee M2 just before a week but sometime it does not accept the touch dont knw y ???

I read the steps in the Gionee website for KitKat upgrade. However, I do not understand one thing. In 5th step it says to disconnect the device from computer. Do we need to connect the mobile phone to the computer before installing Driver, Flash tool and firmware?
I think something is missing in the procedure. Can anybody help me with the steps?

I m using m2 8GB from last 3 months.
Its good. Video call can be done using Skype or using network, only in 3g coverage

Hi All,

I am using Gionee M2 from Past a month and i found its a great Mobile for smart phones as this gives me battery of 2 days of continuous usage with the internet and without internet it gives me the battery life of 3 to 4 days... Excellent Phone to buy....
