My gionee merathon is best in all features but when i am using reliance jio 4g sim on it than i cant call anybody normally evry tym i have to use jio 4g voice app can anyone give any solution how to create calls normally

As u have to SIM slots it will show u 2 imei number. Reset the phone it should resolve your issue if not then visit nearest Repair center
