I bought Gionee M5, since then I can't update, I can't download, and I love the phone what do I do?

I am using M5 since 6 month, everything is fine except network strength problem. Its showing low range all the time, I need to go outdoor for calling and using net. Even if its showing full range of 3G , I can use net only when I go to outside. There is no problem with service provider because when I insert same sim in other phone its show full range.
Has anybody facing this problem? Is it hardware issue or software issue?
