I'm using M5 mini, what a great and good phone. i love it so much.. but my problem right now is that the phone fell off my hand and the screen got blind. i have been looking for a place t replace the screen but i haven't see. can any body direct e to a place where i can fix the screen? thanks for your help. my email is geefab2(at) g m a i l . com

My name is chesa.. I bought goinee marathon m5 on 11th of July..then two days later the phone wentoff on it own,it can't power. I took it to gionee office Aba where I bought it they gave me three days for them to repair it ,that the power had fault. I came after three days and collected it..since that day till today 24th day of July I have not received any massage.this is the message that keep appearing on the screen "unfortunately message has stopped working,error report"..What should I do? .I'm planing to make case with them

Its very Ok for me, but my charger got burnt and I don't know what to do or should I take it to the office. Please I need answers

All gionee phones are noway good. They all have a low ram and very bad picture quality except the battery life. But what is the use of battery life when phone does not work good. So i would only say not to buy any any gionee cellphone. If you want a phone for a better performance and other features like good battery, camera, better picture quality etc. then you have a option of phones like Samsung and Microsoft but don't buy any gionee phone!!!

Dont buy any of the gionee products
their products are of very bad quality
servicing is also very very bad
the workers in the servicing center is irresponsible and if they try to correct any error it will lead to some other issues.if you buy any gionee product your life will be waste by visiting the service center regularly.
I have brought a gionee s7 fone and within 3 months its motherboard got damaged,after fixing it i got it from the service center with issues in sim slot,when they fixed it display error started,after fizing that cam got damaged.I am fed up with the regular visits to the service center and mingling with the people there who dont even have common sence.same happend to my friend also.the fone model i dont know but errors occured regularly.many of my friends relatives etc shared the bad experiences they and their friends had by the use of gionee fones.these are of bad quality.they cant even provide best servicing then how can we trust ???so friends pls dont buy gionee and get cheated

I bought the Gionee Marathon M5 sound April. I encrypted some pictures and up till now I can't find them on my phone. Also I use Gionee Xender to transfer files but the videos I receive into my phone through Xender don't appear on my local videos. I have scanned and re-scanned but still nothing. Also I checked file explorer/phone storage /xender, yet the video file shows that directory is empty. o don't know what else to do so please please help me as soon as possible

Download in play store is not working. I have to update the apps and also download other apps as well. It's really getting problem...
