The phone returns automatically to the home screen while working with an app. I am concerned if this has to do with the memory. Please anyone with solution to our rescue.

KANNA, 05 Dec 2015Yes rcdma,mts internet worksI have using CDMA sim from Nepal Telecom (NTC) and it doesn't work cellular data. I have also consult to the office but what it told that other mobiles support but only gionee does't work.

i once had the Same problem when i forts gut my to... go to system manager on your phone then select power..after that you will see three options none. normal mode and extreme power saving mode then select none as your default.. hope this works???

Will someone inform that is CDMA sim compatible for 2g only and also if gsm sim is compatible for 2g.3 g & 4g

Plss I just got this m5 but having issues with it .it closes my applications suddenly while using it I.e takes me back to the home screen.it restarts my apps eg if I'm reading or listening to music or watching a video it will just go to the home screen then will have to start all over.Any help to rectify this will be highly appreciated .
