the mobile was hanging a lot,i cant play even small games like subway surfers,its not responding when i am pressing lock key,the dial pad taking a lot of time to open and at same time call logs also,is any beady facing same problem

Anonymous, 13 Aug 2014How to take snapshot .... I'm not getting .....:(....I have purchased a new gionee p3.on dated 2nd august 2014 it means its only 13 days old till date 15th August 2014.
Today it started troubling to me.because battery is showings empty instantly. Few minutes before it had shown to me 80% and after five minutes it was giving warning fully empty.
Also battery charging speed and battery discharging speed became very fastly.
Because its only 13days old I m feeling sad.
Please suggest me what would be the error?because before today its working was very fine and I was very happy.

It is a very good phone.I bought it on 19 july 2014.the phone is fast.it doesn't hang. To take a snapshot, we have to press the vol - button and the power button at the same time. They are located at the side.

my 4 months old phone is having problem of frequent shutdown and gets hang. it also gives distorted - horizontal lline screen and hangs. what to do.
