Now, anybody facing difficulties with Indian fonts on Gionee phones.
1) Update ur phone using OTA. which includes almost all indian fonts, except Gujarati fonts.
2) Root your phone using framaroot.
3) download shruti.ttf fonts from http://fontzone.net/download/shruti for gujarati and copy the file to /system/fonts
4) follow this guide https://malayalamkeyboard.wordpress.com/tag/malayalam-in-android-4-2/
The method described above should work with any ttf fonts and almost any JB phone

guys...i bought this mob from my nearby local store about 1 month....I just say 1 word about this mobile 'AWSOME',im not a die hard gamer...bt it supports most of unHD games...and im a heavy net user bt it never lags..U'll get bonus on the camera...in packet they said its rec is HD(720p) bt in ma mob recs in FHD(1080p) and camera got HDR..overall performance is very gud as compared to the price rate....still better than samsung,xolo,micromax,lava,karbonn,sony xperia j/m/e/e1,nokia x/520/620.....guys never be doubt go for it if ur mob price rate under 8k
