the mobile battery gets down very fast even after power saving mode is on and it heats up quickly

I purchased nov2016, Jan 2017 I couldn't communicate with people, went to gionee's office in PH they said its d panel and it was changed after a week, two days later, the same problem occurs I called the officeToday, they said there is nothing the can do. Am soon angry my money can't waste just like that old tell me eat to do?
