I am using S6s. My phone shows application error even i gone to service center to update software as suggested by service center. But some few days its happens again. please give me the proper solution .Is this software problem or mobile problem..

I bought this phone today and it is getting hanged again and again. Don't know what's the problem. But is feeling cheated

I bought this phone a week ago. I had Gionee gpad g2 earliear. I feel regret to buy this phone. Even 3gb ram is there the touch is not good like my previous one. Most of the features like dialing with alphabet key is not there. Heating problem is there. I feel like shit after buying this phone. Overall experience is not good except camera.
