this phone had an issue with the speakers and microphone, cannot record or hear any voice, i think this needs an update with the system
I've had multiple Google products all of which have had issues. The Pixel 4 has been beyond terrible from randomly talking when it's supposed to be on silent at work answering questions that no one asked. To the Google Assistant not working ever unless it just like I previously mentioned randomly talks. The phone calls are dropped left and right The speakerphone never works people always think I'm not talking to them when I'm on speaker phone and I have to hit speakerphone off on off on until I find that they hung up on me because they think I hung up on them. There are so many more issues I could get into but the way Google responded was absolutely ridiculous. I've had Google products for years. I've always believed in Google, but now I see they don't give a care at all for their customers, or for that matter their products it seems. In order to get my phone "repaired" I have to put nearly $1,000 on hold on my credit card for this overpriced piece of garbage in order to get a replacement. Oh they offered me a $15 credit to the Google store which I can use anywhere! I found this insulting and I don't want any part of it. Any other company like Amazon or iPhone this would be so simple. I would get a new phone return this simple as that. When my Amazon tablet broke it was the most pleasant experience ever. I've had nothing but bad experiences with Google I do not recommend anyone go near this company there are such better phones out there and dealing with our customer service will make you realize how much they do not appreciate their customers. Sorry for the rant but I am just livid with the lack of appreciation of customer loyalty. Why would I do a replacement where I have to put nearly a grand on hold and be without a phone when I can just go to Verizon and get a replacement for free the same day? this has been going on for nearly a month they have yet to call me back Google has been the worst company I have dealt with.
I have no problems with it so far even though I bought it used a few months ago. System works perfectly, camera is good. Fingerprint sensor works meticulously .
Very slow system, constantly crashing and very complicated to use. Endless problems I am stuck In a contract and have had the device replaced twice for various problems. Common is slow system and options.

my pixel 1 can't load 1080p videos , it stucks....and it also can't run 60fps videos ...
does anyone else having this problems?
Best phone I've ever had. Takes far better pictures than the other phones in the family.

For this price, I wish the battery configuration could have been a little bigger. The screen time with the integrated battery is not satisfactory.
I love the camera of the Google Pixel series and I think that it really helps users who wants a camera specific device.
I got one of these for $81 used. It needs a new battery (because I can barely get 2:30h screen on time doing nothing but watch TikToks and YouTube), but otherwise the performance has been really good. Certainly better than comparable entry level Redmis, Oppos, and Samsungs thanks to the really light software...
This is simpler than life, but if I can't go to sleep connected to wired headphones without the fear of sleeping in when my phone dies and my alarm doesn't show, and when the actual wireless headphones that Google has been pressing for years have yet to be launched, then what am I supposed to do. This apple style power/audio jack sucks when you don't actually have a wireless product to use it with.
