In addition, the Pixel 4a's screen is significantly smaller. Although the Mi A3 is only 6.1 inches, you can feel the difference. For all the rest the Pixel is much better, especially screen brightness and video photos

Downsides of Pixel 4a due to which I don't recommend it to anyone is lack of IP rating and Plastic back of all the things. Sad.

Ben using xiaomi for years because of their cheapness but pixel is on another level in terms of software optimization and overall usage. No lags, no more annoying accidental call muting that's present on nearly every xiaomi phone

Good phone. Performance is good. But camera quality is very very bad. Speaker is very loud but not very good quality.

I am a female and let me tell you, I cannot comfortably hold for example OnePlus 6 and that is considered a small phone today. Let alone put it into my pocket.. That's why I am still using Huawei P9.
