Oppo Android

Just yesterday Oppo VP Brian Shen teased the upcoming Reno3 Pro 5G on Twitter, with an image that shows part of its right side. Not 24 hours later, the Internet has produced a full frontal render of the smartphone, so without further ado, here it is in all its glory. Ladies and gentlemen, the Oppo Reno3 Pro 5G.

As you can see, there's a punch-hole on the left for the single selfie cam, which is either smaller than most, or the handset itself is rather big. The Reno3 Pro 5G will be the Chinese company's first dual-mode 5G smartphone (that means it works with both standalone and non-standalone 5G networks).

It is going to get official next month. Expect a 7.7mm thin profile (excluding the camera bump), which will apparently net it the title of slimmest dual-mode 5G smartphone yet (not that there are a lot of those at the moment anyway). The Reno3 Pro 5G has a curved touchscreen, that according to past leaks is a 6.5" FHD+ AMOLED with 90Hz refresh rate.

The Reno3 Pro 5G is "likely" to have a 4,500 mAh battery, with 30W fast charging but no wireless charging. Also from rumorland comes info about the Snapdragon 735 chipset running things, aided by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The phone will have a 32 MP selfie cam, and a quad rear setup, with a main 60 MP shooter.

It will run the newly unveiled ColorOS 7, based on Android 10. It's the fastest and smoothest version yet of Oppo's skin, with faster app starts and system response time, as well as better optimized touch response. Price-wise, for the Chinese market it will allegedly hover around the equivalent of €425 to €465. When it officially makes it to Europe do expect that to jump to around €550 to €600 - which is still very good pricing for a 5G device.

Ija2x Aho2x means being independent or being able to stand on your own without anyone's help. That's what it means in our dialect in India.

What's in my name that makes you think I'm a visayan? What is its definition in that language or ethnicity?
