Honor 10 Lite and 20i receiving EMUI 9.1 update

Huawei rolled out out the EMUI 9.1 update for the Mate 20 X yesterday, and now its sub-brand Honor has also started seeding this update for the Honor 10 Lite and Honor 20i.

This new build is still based on Android Pie and brings in GPU Turbo 3.0 to these smartphones. Besides, it also lets you set up video ringtones for specific contacts, and summon AI-powered voice assistant by long pressing the power button.

The EMUI 9.1 update is currently rolling out in China and should expand to other regions soon. You can try pulling the new build manually by heading over to your phone's Settings menu if you don't get an update notification within a week or two.
