When searching, you can click on the "Free Shipping" box - that will only list sellers who offer free shipping. It's similar to eBay in that each seller sets their own price/shipping costs/shipping time etc, and you should always check seller feedback to decide if it is a legit seller.
I've had a couple of orders that were cancelled by Aliexpress due to them finding out that the seller was bogus. They refunded my money in full so it was all fine. In hindsight, it was obvious... price too good to be true, zero feedback etc.
