I have b266 4.4.2 emui 3.0 on my h3c China versions. Can I update to b320 because on my 2 sim i have signal problems (the other person is not hearing me well) on 2g and i have to restart my phone to solve the problem.

Read the update guide which you have and follow it. If the update is downloaded from Huawei website then warranty should not be an issue.
