Hi my phone is Huawei "HONOR 3 Hol-U10" I can't dial or receive calls and message. When I call to someone it displays "Unfortunately, contact has stopped" what shall I do, please I need your response soon. (flytoethiopia@gmail.com)

I have purchased this Phone 1 month before and using
now i have a problem
whenever i using whatsApp it reserving back to home page!
i tried putting back to to factory default but its the same.
also some times i not getting both the network coverage
after few mins the coverage is back...
why can any help me ?

AnonD-320799, 17 Oct 2014i was searched but i could not find thats why i'm ask this oneThe Kitkat upgrade is only available for the chinese version of the phone, and even that upgrade is NOT a stable version but a developer version. In our region we are provided the international version. The upgrade for the international version is NOT available yet.

but after that Phone Sims not ... moreMy dear Asad many times on this page people have asked about upgrading to Kitkat and they have been advised NOT to do the upgrade UNTIL an official update is provided by the company over the air. But anyway, IMEI can be retrieved using the links provided in the reviews on this page. Please search.
If you want to get back the original (stock) ROM please go to the forum at XDA and you'll find a solution there.

Yesterday I upgrade the Android Chinese Version 4.4 Kitkat
but after that Phone Sims not Working even IMEI Disappear.
How can i downgrade the Android Version means how can i avail the Original Android Version menas Android 4.2.2.
