Hello, I am facing a problem with my honor 3c which is bought last week. Phone is working fine and very much happy with that compare to Samsung grand.now I am facing a problem when the phone is in idle state for sometime all the messages from network apps such as what's app, Viber,Imo is not getting to me.when I turn on all messages coming to me all together. I put all these apps to protected apps, then also same issue, somebody Pls advise me to rectify this. Thanks in advance.

I have Huawei Honor 3C but my problem is that I don't see any option like (WCDMA/GSM or Auto). They are simply not available. I wanna use 3G but I don't see option. I am also posting image of settings for better understanding. Can anyone tell me why? What's the problem? Plz help...
