I got the black version, the back cover is something like Samsung Note 3, a textured leather type of feel.
No heating issues at all. Be it gaming or browsing the app. I tend to limit no background process running and kill all apps after using it.
Signals are really good for both wi-fi and data. I'm using 3G here in Singapore and its really fast.

I've not tried using the navigation or google maps yet. So I'm not able to tell you the pros and cons for it.
As for sensors, it has much lesser sensors as compared to my Xperia ZL.
It has accelerometer, proximity, light, magnetic field and orientation sensors. (Checked using CPU-Z from the Playstore).
Yes, it does consist of auto brightness. Minimal brightness was good enough for me. Pretty decent to read text or see images.
Speakers seems good, may be due to the DTS technology. Even at lowest volume, the music or game play sound is pretty loud and crisp.
Yes. The battery is removable.
Battery life is great too.
Unplugged my phone at 0800 at around 97%.
Connected to my house wi-fi all the time.
Played games, send whatsapp messages, facebook messages, update apps on playstore, view instagram, check gmails.
At around 2300, I'm still left with 50% of battery juice.

2. can u check what all sensors are there (use hardware info app from playstore) to check all the system specs/details
3. Does it has auto-brightness ?
4. how is the speaker loudness ?
5. is the battery removable ?

Just got my 3X yesterday after using my Sony Xperia ZL for 8 months. The 3X is a pretty snappy device, with no lags at all I would say, all thanks to the 2GB RAM and octa-core processor. It's definitely a better device than my ZL, where my ZL will have occasional lags when multi-tasking. Tried antutu benchmarks and got a score of 27000+, it out performs my ZL in all aspects on the benchmarking except for the 3D section. Really happy with the purchase.
Bought my 3X for Singapore Dollars $448 (est USD$357) from a local authorized mobile retailer.

I got the phone a few days ago. Super smooth, I don't see anything better at this price (300E in Greece). Octa-core is very fast. I am under the impression that the screen lacks luminosity but maybe it has to do with power saving.
Definitely worths the money. I had a Haipai i9220 before that (it was 5.3'', dual core 1GhZ, MediaTek) and it seems so inferior now.
Check benchmarks on the internet, they should come out now. There are some unofficial benchmarks already!
