I hope Huawei would listen to our concerns regarding on this SOFTWARE UPDATE problem.. It's to boring to have old OS since we heard that NEW OS UPDATE would gonna be release soon, or rather release now.

Mosud, 13 Dec 2014My huawei honor 3x is hanging. It takes minutes for the contact list load.
What should i doi have the same problem and make me sad of this phone.
dont know how fix it. help me please friends!

It is very bad huawei mobile ever I have it only 11 months and the touch and the screen doesn't work and the can became derty it makes signs on the photos, I bought it from Sweden 08/2014 , now I have to change the touch panel again and when I sent it toservice they said it can't be repaired again u contact Huawei china to complain but they dont care about customers.

I am using this mobile for almost 6 months. Battery and Display clarity is excellent. Hanging issues always available. Contact and all application will hang for 1 minutes. Contact name will not be displayed some times. Back camera quality is worse. I will not recommend this phone to none

I was using this phone Huawei Honor 3X G750 since a year, I don't know the reason but few days ago suddenly it started getting heat and the phone is now totally dead (Black out). I took it to nearest Huawie's service centre at Mursalat Mobile market in Riyadh. They checked the phone and returned to me by saying that the processor (IC) is gone (Broken) and no spare part to repair. I am very much disappointed and unhappy with the answer.

Today 3X the Net price is usd290 in PK The device is good. When will Huawei 3X Android OS 5.1.1 comes and Huawei 4X Launched in PK? Huawei isn't smarter than Lenovo in software upgradetion Bcuz it is already too late.
