Probably the best entry-level I had my hands on. Definitely a device I loved the most out of my set, which happened to last till 2022 since it won't power up. The device charges but won't power on.
EMUI 3.1 was a great smooth experience. It had a decent camera, if you knew how to shoot decently. Battery life is perfect for me at the time of release, but of course it degraded over time. A lot of bloatwares as well, but still performed decent.
Carried me over hours of video conferencing and light to medium gaming. Heavy gaming is modest at times, as long as you knew what you're doing. Octa-core chipset was OP for me, especially for its time. Probably my disappointment was the lack of 4g. Overall, very great.

Oh yes, a very nostalgic phone. I have used this from 2016 to 2019. It's the best phone that I had during those times. 😢

carl johnson, 15 Jun 2020my huawei honor 4c cannot be recognized by pc but it charges only. not transferring files via USB. Try going to Settings and search for the USB OTG option and enable that.

With regards to your comment, you could just rather use your browser (I suggest using Opera Mini or Via Browser with that) to use YouTube or find a compatible app in ApkMirror, although I'm afraid it won't work that way. I suppose you're using Android KitKat on it, that's sad. If it's Lollipop or Marshmallow, you're way more lucky if that is so.
With regards to updating, you still can update till Marshmallow (although it is tricky), you can find the guides here; https://tinyurl.com/honor4c-marshmallow. If you don't want to follow any of those guides try to go to the Updater app and scan if there are any available updates. Thanks!

Wonderful set. I am using since 2015. It has automatic charging system. After 100% charge the automatically stop charging that the reason for long run.
