You have to manually install it. Download it from the below link. Extract 'dload' folder to ad card. Now goto settings>update. Open menu>local updates. You will find the update file. Now open it, it will be installed automatically.

It says thats its 8gb internal memory ..3.65gb of files and it gives me a message that its already full so it looks like the internal memory is just 4gb..false advert..whew

When it come to battery its okay I'm always at some so I can charge when it's drain hehe. I'm using Huawei Honor Bee/Y5c this is good, the camera, net, performance. So that I want my next phone is Huawei again. It's okay if its not 4G as long as its 3G and with good data connection and wifi connection. Did you, upgrade it to marshmallow? What's bette... more4x supports 4G, plus it's battery has more capacity though there may not be a big difference in battery life because of the bigger screen of 4x (0.5 inch bigger screen but both HD). The bottom line is 4x is slitely better.

What's bette... moreThis is a nice phone, I've been using this for last few months, I'm very pleased with this. I'm not a a gamer or very savvy net user, basic net/email/FB/Viber is my use. In this concept it's very handy. Pic quality is very nice, and phone is fast as well. The bad thing about this phone is battery drains out very quickly, I've upgraded to Lollipop (5.1) but the problems remains. you have to recharge every 12HRS in moderate use. It doesn't support LTE (4G), most probably due to octa-core processor it uses more power, unlike 4X has quard-Core. Good luck.
