I am using this phone for a year and still is very satisfied with the service. I have marshmallow update and loving it even more. Very reliable device. One thing I love about is Huawei does not skipped the camera. this phone has great camera for the price point. Better than Xiomi note 3 pro edition especially when you buy "A better camera" app from Google play store and shoot in exposure bracketing mode. The camera will be awesome for shooting scenarios.

Only one draw back is NO 4G LTE. But excellent camera, fast performance, and handy(5 inch). Move most of your apps to SD card memory for best performance

Bring it to Huawei Service Center and have it checked. Maybe a software issue etc
