after updating I have big issue with my cell, its not getting recharge, after an hour its on the same position. I have to put full day on charging. before updates it was working fine

Just check for updates via settings and about phone after connecting it to Internet. You will see an update of 79MB, just download it and update.

new user, 21 Sep 2015I just bought this phone and i cn say that the specs of the phone is good except for the batte... moretry factory reset first.. then go to settings>protected app and mark music.. if you want to run other apps in standby so also mark them...

If full power is charged, it stands for just 10 hours only even i... moreIt is because many apps are allowed in protected apps, so you need to disable them specially facebook and its messenger,also keep the recent panel clean.i have same phone but i have no problem about battery,camera,performance, quality or anything.trust me

I just bought this phone and i cn say that the specs of the phone is good except for the battery. Phone nowadays should have atleast a minimum of 3000mah...also, why can't ths phone play music even if the screen is turned off? One thing more, why can't i turn on a particular app service under the accessibility section in the settings of the phone? Whenever i try to select the option for an app to turn on,there's a pop up that will tell u that setting has stopped....how to fix it?

I have bought this phone 2 weeks ago .. it is getting hang again and again even after update .. I am 90 % sure that there is something problem in the software of my cell because whenever I open the music player , it takes 3 mins to open music even when I swap music player(while listening song) to sound cloud then it says that soundcloud stoped working or music player stoped working .. can any one help me plz ?

Honor 4C mobile is very bad. If full power is charged, it stands for just 10 hours only even if not a single call is attended during this period. Approached authorised service centre and the service personnel made factory re-set up and gave. Again the same problem of draining the power occurs. If power does not stand, what is the use of other features in that mobile. It can be compared to a mere basic mobile phone.
