After update to 6.0 phone is comparatively smooth, battery backup is great, sweet camera and faster in benchmarks than a5 2016

AnonD-604112, 30 Oct 2016I m exeriencing the same problem right now… if u got any solution plz share it… restart your phone.. turn it off... and turn on again in a couple of minutes in a place with wifi. it'll start downloading the update again (not from the beginning, dont worry) mine started from 90% and this time it all went smoothly..

talha00467, 27 Oct 2016I am facing the same problem.well i got mine working (visited their service center but those were no help)... just restart the phone. i mean power off and then turn on again after abt 10-15 min in an area with a working wifi connection, it will connect to the wifi and start updating again.. this time it will work

I have update available for Honor 5X KIW-L21 at Pakistan to upgrade it to 6.0.1 Marshmellow,,, should i upgrade it?.. I have apprehensions that the phone may not get slower. I experienced its processor slower as compared to black berry Curve.
