i have purchased hp salte and there are lot of issues i am facing for last 8-9months.
1. the handset has the hanging problem if playing any videos, games.
2. it is getting switched off number of times in a day.
3. it is getting disconnected number of times while using internet. after switching on also the handset internet doesnt work.
if am using my sim from another handset then i able to use my internet smoothly.
4. i am unable to move/transfer my data like images, pics and videos to memory card.
5. there is some battery backup problem also from the purchasing date. i have to charge this handset after every 2 hrs.
6. while charging the handset it is getting too heat like it is going to blast in few seconds.
7. most of the times this handset doesnt accept the charging and get too heat also.
8. another issue is that if i lock this handset after using. then automatically its light getting on and all battery power gets discharged due to this reason also.
and while i have checked this handset and found its light is on (i feel like that i did not lock this) but just i have touched the screen its showing lock properly.
these all concern in this handset which i am facing almost 9 months.
i am so frustrated after purchasing and using this voice tab.

Alex, 27 Nov 2015I have the phone for almost a year (11 months)and nothing is going wrong .working with it prof... moreActually there are different reasons with the things may be they don't take care of it well and obviously if you don't care then the thing can create some problems in usage for you. Nothing is bad but it's about how you keep it and how you use. I am also going to buy a laptop and this Slate 6 together now afterall HP is a world class brand and no doubt it's superb in usage.

I started the use about 5weeks ago; it's good a phone, I however have been experiencing these error messages after which the phone network goes off. HP OOBE has stopped (few mins after putting it on); CP ASSERT! COMM EE LOG:DSP_COM_ERR=0*4120,Unknown, CP Version. Later on,CP ASSERT! COMM EE LOG: (1,BF,ID),GMM_TIMER,L:1306,CP Version: HLWE. Then today (05/12/2015,after the above error messages);CP ASSERT! No details,Please dump ACAT log.Unfortunately, com.marvel.powergadget has stopped.Kindly help out quickly.Regards.

I used this phone for about 9 month, Suddenly she stop working 2 month ago and I worked so hard to get it repaired but I've failed, because Its power cells is so weak and couldn't work again.
