I have a slate 6 since several months now. Replaced my HTC one that broke. Cheaper, bigger screen, dual sim, stable standard android version, fast, light, good sounds quality. I'm a happy customer! Only point of improvement is the camera.

I have a voice tab 6 with the o s upgraded to kitkat in november last year. it is working well. but since a few days, it is not detecting usb when connected to a pc...and transfer of files between internal&external sd cards and pc is not possible. is there any working solution for this issue.

Slim smartphone. Concerning the display, color and pixel density are okey. UI could be better. The most annoying thing is the speakers, they put such tiny speakers that the max loudness can be compared with other's smartphone earpiece speaker !

The only problem
I encountered in my phone is the battery, it drains fast without any activities. And also in messaging when I'm texting when I type/tap it vibrates though the vibration in settings is disabled its irritating you know. What will I do to stop it?

My slate 6 screen got damaged when it fell down and tocuh screen not working. Service centre guys says it costs around 5100 rs to replace the part, not sure what to do. Go for new phone or replace the part. :

My phon went to service center to 3 time from day of purchase till..Still not working...Network is big issue in this phone. jelly been is cracked every time..its good video game but not a phon

I had bought this phone for like 12k around a couple of months back. A few days back, its display got cracked. It was in my pocket with my bike keys. The touch screen and display both have to be replaced according to the service center guy. When i asked him the cost, he told me a whopping 6.5k. I mean now when the market price is like around 9k, why will i pay 6.5k? I tried getting its display everywhere. I din get it anywhere. Guys, do you have any cheaper solution for this? Please help!

This is the worst Phone Ever
-The GPU cant support the 6 inch Screen
-1 GB RAM is useless as the phone gets very laggy
-Does not come with a SOFTWARE when connected to PC's like REPUTABLE phones
- The paint on the phone peels out easily
- Back covers and screen protectors are scarce and cannot be easily obtained
- The Scrren has a tendency to CRACK and HP will not cover warranty
My opinion - Go for another brand as HP is not in the HandPhone League. Even a lumia would do a MILLION times better than a HP Mobile.

When I switch on the data connectivity the data does not connect ,so I have to turn the aeroplane mode and then off it to get the connectivity!! Does anyone have a clue on how to overcome it?

HP Slate 6 has no video calling facility without internet,as well as weak signal transreceiver.I am using this since 3months only to play games else wastage of investment.

I have brought HP slate 6 past 6 month ago, Now i see i am not reachable to many who call me though network shows full.
Network is very poor now a days and it really irritates in daily life.
I need replacement for this please take back my Slate 6.
