Video quality is good, but please don't compare with costly flagship devices. Comparing all the aspect I can say it's the best 7" tablet in this price range. I own this device and if you want to buy a tab at 15K then you can go for this.

Calling is good. Battery on my moderate use gives me 2+days with always data connected and gaming too.
Sound quality is also good. Never faced any lag, though it has 1gigs of RAM, it almost keeps 50% free.
